Capital Shelterworks Ltd was first registered by the Registrar of Companies in 1984 and acquired corporate status in 1998.The company is owned by indigenous Tanzanians.

Whilst working through years of mandatory build up towards registration by the National Council of Professional Surveyors (NCPS) we worked on various valuation consultancy assignments through M/s Tan-Valuers until 1992 when we were awarded recognition as property valuation consultancy providers. Our company has been instrumental in working together with other Professional firms in the establishment of the Tanzania Institute of Valuers and Estate Agents (TIVEA) of which we are Corporate Members. .

After registration by the National Council of Professional Surveyors in 1992, our company has offered Valuation Consultancy services to reputable International and local firms, Government, Parastatals, and individuals with great professional touch.
