About Capital Shelterworks
A Tanzanian consultancy with long-standing experience in valuation, land delivery, real estate and advisory services.
Our history
Capital Shelterworks Limited was first registered by the Registrar of Companies in 1984 and acquired corporate status in 1998. The company is owned by indigenous Tanzanians.
Whilst working through the years of professional development towards registration by the National Council of Professional Surveyors, the company worked on valuation consultancy assignments through M/s Tan-Valuers. In 1992, it was recognised as a property valuation consultancy provider.
The company also worked with other professional firms in the establishment of the Tanzania Institute of Valuers and Estate Agents (TIVEA), of which it is a corporate member.
Our experience
Since its recognition as a valuation consultancy provider, Capital Shelterworks has undertaken assignments for reputable international and local firms, government institutions, parastatals and individuals.
Our experience includes valuation of agricultural and industrial assets, business valuation, property valuation, land delivery and advisory assignments connected with land systems and reform.
